Between them they raised just short of £100 for the Lifeboat.

Lovely to see Gail and Ralph out and about again, these were the two that made it possible for Nigel and Myself to go to our First Treffen which seems years ago now!!

12 wings met up at the Swallow Hotel Preston, Then 5 more met us at Caton making 17 Wow !!!!

Twelve Wings met at the Swallow Hotel for the Ride to leave at 10am. Five more wings met us at Caton Picnic site and some of us had a late breakfast. Then around the houses we went and round about to Orton, and the chocolate.

Nigel was really pleased to see so many turn out some people we have not seen active with Lancs and Lakes for a few years or more, and that was the 'cherry on the top of the cake.'

Three wings had to go home from Orton but the rest of us did the rest of the ride and had a very enjoyable day. Thanks once again to everyone !

Last night (sat 21st Feb 09) in total 36 members of GWOCGB, of which 34 were Lancs and Lakes members, went for a fantastic curry/social night, what a great turn out and electric atmosphere.

This was a brilliant start to the coming season!!
